2. Services

ThePixMantra provides photography and videography services, including but not limited to pre-wedding shoots, wedding photography, maternity shoots, newborn photography, engagement shoots, birthday photography, corporate events, and other related services.

3. Booking and Payments

A booking is confirmed only after receiving an advance payment.
The remaining balance must be cleared as per the agreed terms before the final delivery of photos/videos.
Any additional requests beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Booking cancellations made 7 days before the scheduled shoot are eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative charges.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the shoot may not be eligible for a refund.
In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, emergencies), we will try to reschedule or offer a suitable alternative.

5. Copyright and Usage Rights

ThePixMantra retains the copyright to all images and videos captured during the shoot.
Clients receive personal usage rights and can share their images for non-commercial purposes.
Any commercial use of the content requires prior written consent from ThePixMantra.
We may use selected images for promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure timely arrival at the shoot location.
Proper permissions and venue access (if required) must be arranged in advance by the client.
ThePixMantra is not responsible for delays or missed shots due to client delays or restrictions at the venue.

7. Image Delivery and Edits

Standard editing includes color correction, basic retouching, and adjustments.
Additional edits beyond the agreed package may be chargeable.
ThePixMantra will deliver photos/videos within the agreed timeline. Delays due to technical or unforeseen issues will be communicated.

8. Liability and Force Majeure

While we take utmost care in capturing your moments, ThePixMantra is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including accidents, natural disasters, or unforeseen equipment failure.
If a shoot cannot proceed due to an unavoidable reason, we will reschedule or offer an alternative solution.

9. Privacy Details

Your privacy is important to us. Personal data collected during booking and service delivery will only be used for communication, service execution, and promotional updates (if opted in). We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

ThePixMantra reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest terms.
