At ThePixMantra, we ensure that your photographs and videos are delivered securely and on time. This policy outlines the timelines, methods, and charges associated with delivering your final content.

1. Delivery Methods

We provide both digital and physical deliveries based on the package you choose.

a) Digital Delivery

Edited photographs and videos are delivered via a secure online gallery, cloud storage link, or email.
You will receive a download link for high-resolution files, accessible for a limited period.
Digital delivery is free of charge and available worldwide.

b) Physical Delivery (Optional)

If you opt for printed albums, USB drives, or other physical formats, they will be shipped via a trusted courier service.
Shipping charges apply based on location and package size.
Tracking details will be provided upon dispatch.

2. Delivery Timelines

Standard photo and video editing: 2 to 4 weeks from the shoot date.
Express delivery (if requested): Available at an additional cost, with delivery in 7 to 10 business days.
Printed albums and physical copies: 2 to 6 weeks, depending on customization.

3. Shipping Charges

Within India: Standard courier charges apply based on the delivery location.
International Shipping: Available upon request, with charges based on location and shipping provider.
Clients are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes for international shipments.

4. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If a shipment is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, we will notify you promptly.
In case of lost or damaged shipments, we will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue.
Digital files will always be available as a backup if physical copies are lost.

5. Address Accuracy

Clients must ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. ThePixMantra is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
