I have several Japanese Neo Genesis vending machine holo/prizm like stickers for sale. These cards/stickers are very rare and I purchased these many years ago from a private sale. The pictures do not do the images justice.
VERY RARE:
There are similar ones, but none that have the back with "1996 Game Freak ...", with gold boarder (non-holo) and in the
condition
of my these cards (light play or better). That is the main reason I bought these back in the day. I saw they were rare reprint versions of the original cards and I really wanted to have them. Now I pass them on to you from my personal collection. I believe these cards are UNgradable as I have not seen any graded versions of these cards, thusly buy strictly as collectable versions.
CONDITION:
All of these sticker cards are in relatively similar condition. The picture describes the condition well, IMHO. I would say they are all at minimum of LIGHT PLA
