This woman’s vintage, playful, black, above the knee, trumpet dress is by luxury clothing designer CH by Carolina Herrera for size 4. It was originally sold by Saks Fifth Ave where I’m guessing it cost close to $1000. The dress is 100% silk and was made in the US. Black tulle ruffles with her favorite motif, the signature House dots starting mid thigh. The iconic dots are also on the sheer mesh sleeves and bodice. Fully lined with the lining starting to separate from one side of the zipper. Sweetheart neckline, hidden back zipper, and a single button at the neckline.
