Refund and Cancellation Policy

At ThePixMantra, we strive to provide a seamless and professional photography and videography experience. However, we understand that plans may change. This policy outlines our guidelines for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

1. Booking and Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
  • The remaining balance must be settled as per the agreed terms before final delivery.
  • Any additional services requested beyond the original package will be charged separately.

2. Cancellation Policy

a) Client-Initiated Cancellations

  • More than 7 days before the shoot: You may cancel your booking, but the advance payment is non-refundable. However, we may offer the option to apply the amount toward a future booking within 3 months.
  • Within 7 days of the shoot: Cancellations made within this period are non-refundable, and rescheduling is subject to availability and additional costs.
  • Same-day or last-minute cancellations: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made on the day of the shoot.

b) ThePixMantra-Initiated Cancellations

  • If we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., technical issues, emergencies), we will offer a full refund or an option to reschedule at no extra cost.

3. Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients can request a reschedule at least 5 days before the scheduled shoot.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges if the new date falls on peak dates or requires venue or team adjustments.
  • In case of unavoidable situations (e.g., bad weather, health emergencies), we will do our best to accommodate a new date without additional charges.

4. Refund Policy

  • Advance payments are non-refundable except in cases where ThePixMantra initiates the cancellation.
  • If a refund is approved due to special circumstances, it will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.
  • No refunds will be provided once the shoot has taken place.

5. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations due to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseen events beyond our control. In such cases, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative.
